Refund policy

It’s important to us that you’re completely happy with your purchase!

Items that are not customized and have “never been used” can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. 

Simply drop us a note at admin@IonWater.ca including the following information with the return/exchange:

• Your Name, address, email and order number
• Request either Refund or Exchange
• If Exchange, include new item (exchange only for equal or lesser value)

You will be responsible for the following fees of any qualified refunds:

1. the administration fee charged by credit card institutions, and
2. the shipping charge of returning the items to us.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty on Faucets
IonWater.ca products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. IonWater.ca warrants to the original consumer purchaser for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home (the "Warranty Period" for homeowners), that this faucet will be leak- and drip-free during normal use and all parts and finishes of this faucet will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship. All other purchasers (including purchasers for industrial, commercial, and business use) are warranted for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period" for non-homeowners).  If this faucet should ever develop a leak or drip during the Warranty Period, IonWater.ca will FREE OF CHARGE provide the parts necessary to put the faucet back in good working condition.  Replacement parts may be obtained by writing via email to admin@IonWater.ca. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims. This warranty is extensive in that it covers the replacement of all defective parts. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty.
